Rude Rude Rude! I bought roast beef sandwiches and curly fries. When i places the order i was asked what sauce i would like. But when i recived my food it was quickly shoved out the window with no sauce and she ran to talk to what must have been friends at the counter. Unable to get her attention i opened the window and she started with attitude all i wanted was ketchup and Arby's sauce. She made me wait till she was done talking to give me 3 Arby's sauce. Note that I had bought 4 sandwiches and a large curly fry. she show out 3 Arby's sauce out the window without any ketchup slammed the window shut and locked it while I was still asking for ketchup. This employee should be fired for her complete and utter lack of respect for the customer. If it is more important to talk to her friends while she is at work then service the customer what makes you think she washes her hands when she comes from the bathroom if she doesn't care about the customer. I will never return here and I suggest you not go there either. This is all on top of soggy fries.
